ABOUT ME
I love life. I love my life. I have a wonderful husband and two fabulous children who have all been a constant source of inspiration and encouragement to me in everything I have set out to do. I am so thankful for all of the blessings I have received that have made it possible for me to spend my free time pursuing art and photography. Sometimes it is hard to work it all in, since I also have a very busy full-time "day job", but whenever time permits, my hands can usually be seen holding either a paintbrush or a camera.
FINE ART
While displaying my photos at a local art show, I became captivated by the beautiful paintings, and I knew I had to do this. I began with graphite drawings, then experimented with colored pencils, oils, and oil pastels, but quickly realized that my real joy was in watercolors. My works have been exhibited in local shows and public galleries.
I especially love creating fine watercolor portraits, and have produced a number of portraits on commission.
Portraits of children, grandparents, or pets make wonderful gifts, as well as providing a lasting memory of a loved one.

PHOTOGRAPHY
For over ten years I have been a self-taught photographer, primarily focusing on nature, including birds, wildlife, and flowers. Nearly all of my subject material has been found in the beautiful wetlands surrounding my New England home.
